About Each Service

Deep Tissue Massages

This massage is designed to relieve severe tension and speed injury recovery. Deep tissue massages target both the superficial and deep layers of muscles, fascia, and other structures and can help with chronic muscle pain relief, and can speed up the healing process.

Hot Stone Massages

Combining traditional massage with the use of heated stones placed on specific points of the body, hot stone massages tend to lead to a soothing experience and provide deeply relaxing warmth to your back.

Chair Massages

Chair massages, performed in an ergonomically designed portable chairs, focus on key tension areas in the back, neck, shoulders, and arms.

Pregnancy Massages

Pregnancy massages, also known as prenatal massage, are tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women. We slightly adjust our techniques to help improve circulation and alleviate back pain.

Acupressure Massages

Acupressure utilizes gradual finger pressure on key bodily points to promote pain relief and muscle relaxation. This technique targets trigger points within the muscles and soft tissues through strategic point compression.

Couples Massages

A couples massage allows partners to experience massage together in the same area as one therapist works on each person, creating a sometimes funny and lasting experience.

Body Massages

Body massage involves applying pressure and motions like pressing, rubbing, and kneading to manipulate the body's soft tissues. It relieves muscle tension, improves circulation, and promotes overall relaxation through systematic massaging of musculature and connective tissues.

Foot Reflexology

An alternative therapy involving the application of pressure to the feet with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques, based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body.
